About the Host
Hi, I'm Josh. When I'm not working on The Lit Review I enjoy long walks in my Crocs and a good Cardigan. When my feet get too sore from the Crocs, I like to sit and relax with a good book or a compelling Netflix Original. When my lower back gets too sore from sitting, you can find me playing sports or doing yoga to loosen up. And when I get hungry from all that physical activity, I replenish myself by making healthy, mainly vegetarian meals.

I think of myself as a curious guy who is fascinated by many disciplines outside of the one I specialize in (i.e., social psychology). Making a website on how social psychology can help explain human behaviour has been a goal of mine for a long time. From my studies, I have found that learning about human behaviour has made me a better researcher, friend, and partner. Through this website, I hope to help others learn how to analyze their own behaviour and the behaviour of others, to hopefully foster a better understanding for why we do what we do and, ultimately, to reduce the uncertainty we feel on a day-to-day basis.
